Loved this so much, we ordered a second one! It is perfect for our outbuildings.

This is a great piece of equipment, easy to setup and works exactly as advertised. I lost heat the day after I set this up and got notified when the temperature dropped below my low setting. It also notified me after the temperature was back above the minimum setting once my furnace was fixed.The customer service is fantastic. I had a few questions and he responded almost immediately. I even asked if the maximum minimum temperature could be changed from 50 to 60 degrees and he did it within a few hours. You don’t find companies that would even consider changing something in their setup and this one did. I recommend them highly!

I ordered the version with the leak monitor. First off, this thing is SUPER easy to set up. I set this up at my parent's house, who are both in the nursing home. We live in an extremely cold climate and I can only check on the house every couple of weeks. My Dad, while not broke, is cheap, so leaving the wifi on and monitoring through that was not an option. He was satisfied with the cost of this. Dad is also very techie (91 years old) and he's constantly looking at stuff on his iphone, so I knew that he'd like this. This monitor doesn't have an app, but rather a web based portal. That's great, because unlike some of the other monitors I looked at, you can open it up and look at it as many times as you want without paying extra. I think some of the others were 20 or 25 cents every time you looked at the current temps etc. This one doesn't have that. On top of that, I can set this up to be watched on multiple devices, which is fantastic for our use. The other thing that I really like is that I can set up alerts by device, and not as a universal standard. So I have all the alerts turned on in my phone and I have them all turned off on my Dad's phone. I don't need a 3 AM phone call when I already know that I have a problem! Dad really likes the history. I have only had this set up a couple of days at his house, but he has already called and asked why the power alarm went off and how come the temperature was so cold. I told him that I was testing it at home before I installed it and he thought that was a good idea. The water lead is nice and long. I actually have the lead going into his sump hole, as I'm more worried about water coming in that way than I am pipes breaking or whatnot, as I have the water shut off. I have this installed in the basement of a steel sided house, and cell phone reception is sketchy down there at best, but this device had no problem getting signal. The accuracy of the temperature seems to be within a degree or two, so that's great. This simple device is giving Dad and I both peace of mind and occupies a few minutes of Dad's time each day. Double win!

We needed this product to monitor water in our basement. It has already saved us from a sump pump failure! Highly recommend!!

This item was impressive right out of the box. Set up was simple and I tested the alerts which were accurate and timely. It even sent a notification when the leak detected was cleared. So far it is exactly what I was looking for.
