Do I need WiFi to set this up?
No. It runs on cellular — AT&T and T-Mobile — so it works at campgrounds, storage lots, and boondocking sites with no internet at all.
What if the power gets cut while my RV is in storage?
You'll get an alert the moment temperature, humidity, or power crosses your limit — including if shore power itself goes out. The built-in battery keeps it reporting for days, so a tripped breaker or dead connection doesn't go unnoticed.
How fast do I actually get alerted?
It checks conditions every 60 seconds. If a reading crosses your limit, the alert goes out immediately — not on the next scheduled check-in.
What happens after the first year?
It renews at a flat $79.99/year. One plan, no tiers, no surprise upsell partway through — you can cancel any time and the device just stops sending, nothing else changes.
What happens if my monitor stops working while it is under a subscription?
We will mail you a replacement monitor with a label to return the original monitor.
